SB 14 HFA Reynolds #1 3-12 [Amendment to SB14 HFIN Am 3-10 #1]

            Delegate Reynolds moves to amend the amendment on page 62, section 17, line 17, following public schools by inserting the following:

            “A non-charter public school student is eligible to participate in extra curricular activities at a public charter school under the same rules as a charter school student can participate in extra curricular activities at a non-charter school.”
